Brand new paint 3 days before, dual exhaust and I am ready to go! On the first run I shut 'er down because the exhaust heat was getting so hot that my floor boards started smelling like they were on fire! The second run Sam shut me down. I said I was still moving- he say yeah if you consider digging downward "moving!" The third run I was expecting tough pits again and started in too low of a gear. Had I started off in a higher gear I might have won... I lost to Shawn in the green Yota by a tenth of a second. Yeah, hind sight and 20-20 and all that jazz...I know.
